Privacy & data use.
How information is handled on this website and in the current, privately operated Fourthway Ads Agent.
Version prepared 16 September 2026
1. Who operates Fourthway Labs
Fourthway Labs is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Nirav Bhatia. Nirav operates the website and Fourthway Ads Agent for his business and authorized client work. Contact: nirav@fourthwaylabs.com.
2. Website visits and conversations
This website provides information about Fourthway Labs and its services. It does not offer an account login, connect a visitor’s Google Ads account, or accept Google credentials.
When you choose to contact Nirav by email, phone, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, you provide information through that service. Your contact details and message are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss or deliver requested work. The selected service also handles information under its own privacy terms.
The website’s hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. This website does not include analytics or advertising scripts, a newsletter signup, or cookies set by its own scripts. Hosting and external contact services may process information independently.
3. Google Ads account information
Fourthway Ads Agent uses the Google Ads API to work with accounts the operator owns or has permission to manage. Depending on the requested task, information can include:
- Google Ads customer and manager identifiers, account names, currency, time zone, and account settings.
- Campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, targeting, budgets, and status settings.
- Search terms and campaign performance metrics, including cost, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Proposed changes, validation results, approval decisions, and execution outcomes.
This information is used for account reporting, preparation and validation of proposed campaign changes, human review, and execution of approved operations. Account data is not made public on this website.
Google OAuth authorization grants the tool access to the Google Ads functions needed for these tasks. The Google Ads authorization scope allows account management; the tool’s own configuration and human approval workflow further control when changes may be executed.
4. Storage and access
The current Ads Agent runs in an operator-controlled local environment. Plans, approval records, and audit events are stored in a local database and log files. Google credentials are configured separately from the public website. Authorized operators can see account information and plans as needed to provide the requested work.
Stored plans and audit logs can contain account identifiers, campaign information, proposed changes, and execution details. A plan’s expiry limits its use for execution; it does not automatically delete that record. The current software does not apply an automatic deletion schedule. The operator is responsible for managing these records and backups, and you can contact Nirav to discuss retention or request deletion of data held for your account.
The local environment, its credentials, and any backups require access controls. The current release assumes trusted local software and is not designed as a shared public approval service.
5. AI clients and other services
Fourthway Ads Agent can connect to separately configured AI clients. If such a connection is used, account data returned to that client, together with prompts and proposed changes, may be processed by the client’s provider. This website does not connect to an AI provider or transmit Google Ads account data when you visit it.
For client work involving an AI service, the provider, purpose, and data involved must be disclosed and authorized before that connection is used with the client’s account data. Processing and retention by that provider also depend on its service terms and the selected account settings. Contact Nirav to confirm the configuration for a particular engagement.
Other services involved in an engagement can include Google for API access, the website host, and the communication service you choose. Their handling of information is governed by the applicable service terms. Any new use or sharing of account data needs to be described and agreed before it is introduced.
6. Access, revocation, and deletion
Contact nirav@fourthwaylabs.com to ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or stop further processing for your account. Please identify the account or engagement concerned without sending passwords or access tokens. Nirav may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
Google authorization can be revoked in your Google Account connections. Account owners can also remove relevant manager or user access in Google Ads. Revoking access prevents further access through that authorization, but does not automatically delete existing local plans, audit records, communications, or provider-held records.
Deletion requests must also account for relevant backups, service-provider copies, and records that need to be retained for an applicable obligation or an unresolved engagement. The response to a request will explain any such limits.
7. Updates and contact
This page should be updated when the service’s data handling changes. Any materially different use of Google account data must be disclosed before it begins, with renewed authorization where required.
